STAN GRIGISKI, President and Licensed Adjuster
Stan joined Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc. in July 1990 and received his license through the state of Florida as a public health adjuster. He has brought to our staff a great deal of knowledge and experience in providing the client with professional service from his previous employer, Florida Power and Light. In 1991, he received a bachelor's degree in business from the Univerity of South Florida and in November 2000 became a certified claims assistance professional through the Alliance of Claims Assistance Professionals, Inc.

Along with managing clients' medical paperwork, Stan is also responsible for our company's marketing operations, analysis of company's growth and publishing the company's quarterly newsletter, The ADVISOR. With his persistence and knowledge of our clients' insurance benefits, Stan ensures that clients receive all benefits to which they are entitled.

Some of Stan's capabilities include:

  • Managing clients' paperwork.
  • Representing our clients in problem areas when dealing with hospitals, doctors' offices and insurance companies.
  • Reviewing insurance policies for our clients explaining them in a language they can understand.
  • Determining coverage limits to recover the full extent of benefits.
  • Advising clients of alternatives available to improve coverage or premium for their clients.

CAROL HESS, Founder and Licensed Adjuster, Consultant
In 1978, Carol Hess began a career in the insurance industry by becoming a state licensed health and disability insurance agent. In 1981, Carol completed her insurance course work and received her state license as a property and casualty agent. By 1985, she saw the great need to assist her clients with managing their medical paperwork.

After giving up her license to sell insurance, she received a license through the state of Florida as a public adjuster. On November 18, 1985, she founded Medical Claim Service and has been helping clients ever since. With 20 years of experience, she has the knowledge and ability to not only manage our clients' medical paperwork, but also evaluate their insurance coverage to be sure it is adequate.

KATHY SIGNORINO, File Assistant
Kathy joined Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc. in February 1995. She is highly experienced to offer our clients professional service and is meticulous about detail in her work. Currently, Kathy assists our clients in managing their medical paperwork and will also help in representing our clients when dealing with hospitals, doctor's offices and insurance companies. Kathy is also responsible for assisting us in gathering information for our quarterly newsletter--The ADVISOR.

CAROL EMRICK, Executive Secretary
Carol joined Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc. in August 2001. She is highly experienced in proper telephone etiquette and in assisting clients. Carol's responsibilities include composing professional letters and verifying that any claims or correspondence is sent to the proper recipient.
