Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc. (MCS) has
been serving clients' needs since 1985.
As a local family business, MCS is able to offer a service to
clients that is personal, professional and prompt. MCS specializes in managing the
patients' medical paperwork. They assist clients by sorting through the maze of insurance
paperwork, obtaining positive results and all benefits to which they are entitled. MCS
always follows through on claims, corrects any problems, and informs clients when bills
are due after each charge has been completed by the insurance carriers.
In addition to the Lee County area, MCS also serves clients
throughout Florida and the United States. By use of telephone, mail and the internet, MCS
is able to keep in contact with clients whenever assistance is needed.
Currently, the knowledgeable and experienced MCS staff consists
of 2 full-time and 2 part-time professionals.

The MCS Billing System
The billing system at MCS easy to understand. At the end of each
month, MCS sends each client an accurate accounting of services provided and time spent.
MCS bills at an hourly rate only for work rendered to clients.
There are no hidden costs, no extras and MCS bills only for the exact time spent on each
account. If at any time there is no work rendered to a client, there is no bill.
Our hourly rate includes:
- Staff time, knowledge and experience
- Continuous monitoring of client's accounts
- Postage to clients, doctors, hospitals and insurance carriers, on
behalf of the client
- Photocopying of all documents
- Long distance telephone calls made on behalf of the client
- Correspondence to doctors, hospitals or insurance carriers
- Faxes
